MISSION: To boldly fuse techniques and ingredients from a German Doppelbock and a Belgian Quad. First Orbit collected and boiled a decocted mash’s liquid with a dose of dark candy sugar and star dust, then fermented at a cold temperature using our house lager yeast for a clean ester profile. After lagering for six weeks, the out-of-this-world fusion is a bold, malt-forward interstellar beer that is one giant leap for mankind.
