Round Trip Brewing has a variety of options and flexible packages perfect for your next event of any crowd size. We have two venues - East Cobb and West Midtown - with event space options. Please make sure you select the correct venue when making an enquiry.

EAST COBB

Round Trip Brewing East Cobb features a private event space including indoor and outdoor space options. Booking options for The Brewhouse, The Patio, and the combined buyout are below.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT THROUGH JULY!

Any events that take place from July through October will enjoy an early bird rate if you book by end of July. Blackout dates may apply.

THE BREWHOUSE

Max 40 persons

A 700 sq ft private event space with wood accents, views of the brewhouse, and a beautifully tiled private bar with four beers on tap. The space is separated from the public taproom by a sliding barn door and includes a private entrance. The fully adaptable space features a 75" TV with presenting capabilities and dedicated music speakers.

THE PATIO

Max 38 persons

Our 700 sq ft outdoor private event space with beautiful wooden tables and chairs is outfitted with lush foliage and optional umbrellas. The outdoor patio is ideal for networking, celebrations, happy hours, team gatherings, and more. Drinks can be ordered from the bar just a few steps inside.

Does your event require a larger space? Combine the Brewhouse and Patio space for one private venue space. The two spaces seamlessly connect and are still separated from the taproom space.

THE BARREL ROOM

Round Trip Brewery's West Midtown location has a 3,000 sq ft adaptable event space available for you to book parties, gatherings, meetings, or whatever you need the space for. The area includes a private bar, private bathrooms, and plenty of space to customize the area to suit your needs.

Perfect for rehearsal dinners, weddings, showers, corporate events, watch parties, alumni gatherings, non-profit event, engagement parties, birthdays, private concerts, and more.

For groups larger than 150 persons, a full buy-out of the brewery is available. This incudes the Event Space, Taproom, and Beer Garden.

SEMI-PRIVATE BOOKINGS

Max 40 persons | Booked within 4 weeks of event

Interested in hosting your party or event at Round Trip, but don’t need a private space? We’re happy to help! With the semi-private option you’ll get up to half of our 3,000 sq ft Barrel Room with access to our back bar for your party. We will create a seating plan to ensure enough seating for all of your guests. Your party will be separated from other customers with our green pallet wall and reserved sign. Reservations are available on a first come, first served basis starting 3 weeks out from your event.

There are a few rules to keep in mind:

$150 Reservation fee paid online.
If you would like to bring food, please ask for our Preferred Vendor List.
We can provide two tables for food or gifts, but guests are responsible for bringing an 8 foot tablecloth.
Decorations are awesome! However, please no confetti, glitter, feathers, or anything that could stain/damage our space.
Please remember to take everything with you and dispose of all your trash. A cleaning fee may be charged if there is excessive debris left behind.

Group Reservation Policy

Groups of 50 or less
Book no earlier than 4 weeks before desired date on a first come, first served basis
Dependent on availability
$150 reservation fee paid online, must put card on file at the beginning of reservation
Reservation fee is not refundable, but an effort will be made to rebook with more than one week’s notice or a gift card will be issued for taproom credit
$50 cleaning fee if excessive trash left or glitter/confetti are used will be charged to the card on file. Check with taproom staff to ensure space is left appropriately clean
Reservations are for up to 3 hours. Groups may be asked to move after 3 hours if the space is needed at staff discretion. Host may arrive 30 minutes early to place decorations or food and have 30 minutes after to clean up
Food is allowed, please ask for our Preferred Vendor List
Includes up to two tables for food/gifts, guest must provide 8 ft tablecloth
Tabletop decorations or balloons are allowed. No confetti, glitter, feathers, or balloons with confetti inside
Minimum bar spend is required; enquire about our different drink packages

TABLE RESERVATIONS

Max 24 persons

We are able to hold a select number of tables in our taproom and beer garden for your party. Let us know when you plan to arrive and how many tables you need. Our tables sit 6-8 people comfortably and are generally first-come, first-serve.

BOOK THE TAPROOM NOOK

Max 12 persons

The nook in the taproom can be arranged with soft seating, tables, or other and comes with a dedicated TV to watch any program. Perfect for small gatherings, crafting classes, gameday parties, and other TV viewing parties.

SEMI-PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE

Max 50 persons

Reserve a set space in our Beer Garden to host your outdoor birthday party, tailgating & game watching party, or other gathering. This is a fun, affordable option with the flexibility for tent coverage, outdoor TV, special seating, and other adaptable options available.

While we cannot control the weather, we will do our best to make accommodations indoors depending on availability in the event of bad weather.

To enquire about booking the semi-private outdoor space, please fill out the form below. Reservations accepted at least three weeks from your event date. There is a reservation fee of $150 paid online at time of booking and a minimum bar spend to be paid on the day of your event.

LARGE PARKING LOT

One of the benefits of having your event at Round Trip Brewing is we have a large dedicated parking lot. Our lot is directly in front of the brewery and has capacity for 96 cars. Your guests will not need to worry about the parking situation or paying to park.

We do strongly encourage alternative transportation such as ride sharing for those who decide to drink.
