Get ready to unwind and find your inner peace with a rejuvenating beginner-friendly all-levels vinyasa yoga session led by Eden. Whether you’re a total beginner or a more experienced yogi, this class is designed for everyone. We’ll focus on balance and connecting to our breath as we flow through some easy-to-follow poses.
