On Saturday, 31 January, we celebrate our fifth revolution around this local star with a universe of beer, food, and celestial illuminations.
Our gaze extends to the cosmos as we unveil the interstellar Fifth Orbit, a Rye Lager aged on Amburana wood, which represents a singular journey through five distinct dimensions of brewing mastery, where the ancient stardust of Rye, Crystal, and Maple malts meet German Noble hops.
Alongside this and other special celestial ambassadors, we offer a constellation of taproom favorites from 2025, a reminder of the beautiful complexity found in every glass. The full beer manifest is listed below.

Drink wristbands: $40 for SEVEN x 7oz (20cl) pours of your choice, a fifth anniversary glass, and access to our Satellite Bar. You can also simply purchase a glass on its own and beer as you go like normal. There is no ticket or pre-purchase required to attend.
Early Bird Special: Free breakfast burrito to first 30 people who purchase a wristband, starting at 11:30am.
