Spezial Helles

STRAIGHT OUTTA MUNICH is modeled after the classic German Helles consumed in beer gardens and drinking halls throughout Bavaria. German Noble hops and lightly kilned malts provide a touch of sweetness with subtle bitterness. Designed for refreshment, this golden delight also pairs well across a wide spectrum of food.

VICARIOUS

West Coast IPA

7% ALC/VOL

HOPPY | TROPICAL | REFINED

Vicarious is an aggressively hopped West Coast IPA using a Centennial and El Dorado hop blend that bursts with tropical notes on top of a clean malt profile. We ferment using Kölsch yeast that makes Vicarious immensely enjoyable to drink and retains a pleasant hop bitterness.

INSTANT KRÜSCH

Extra Pale Kölsch

4.2% ALC/VOL

"KRÜSCH-ABLE" | CRISP | EXTRA PALE

Instant Krüsch is a crisp, refreshing Kölsch with a hint of hops that is best enjoyed with cold kraut, warm sausages, a neutral demeanor, and of course, sensible footwear.

THERESA'S MEADOW

Hefeweizen

4.3% ALC/VOL

This traditional Hefeweizen is made with malted and unmalted wheat with a touch of German hops. The result is light and crisp with a subtle tartness and a moderate ester profile of banana and clove from fermentation.

DUNKEL PLATZ

Munich-style Dark Lager

Dunkel Platz is a Munich-style Dark Lager with an approachable light body rich in malty flavor. Dunkel Platz is an easy drinking, non-intimidating dark beer and is available all fall and winter long.

Märzen

Our Oktoberfest is a traditional Märzen-style lager brewed using German malts with Magnum and Tettnang hops. We lager Oktoberfest for at least six-weeks to mature the moderately toasted bread flavors, smooth sweetness, and easily drinkable profile.

Barrel-Aged Smoked Doppelbock

11% ALC/VOL

Third Orbit tugs at human imagination like no other as a calling to the curious to indulge their senses in each sip. A rich, smooth smokiness matured in bourbon barrels manifests an otherworldly tri-barrel blend to impart a refined aroma and malty flavor. The journey is long but the ending is the ultimate reward.

SEAWALKER

White Gose

4.3% ALC/VOL

Seawalker White Gose immerses you into an ocean of unique flavors. Seawalker is a kettle soured amalgamation of a Belgian Wit and a salty Gose brewed with orange peel, coriander, and kosher salt. We took an original White recipe using Wit yeast and infused German Gose elements to capture a light, profoundly refreshing beer designed to be enjoyed while active on a Summer day.

SEPTEMBER

KAISER VON MÄRZEN

Cabernet Barrel-Aged Imperial Oktoberfest

8% ALC/VOL

Kaiser von Märzen Barrel-Aged Imperial Oktoberfest is aged in French Oak Cabernet barrels for six months creating a red hue on a deep copper color, strong malty backbone, and an oak-infused sweetness to reign supreme over all Märzens.

DECEMBER

RESOLUTION NEIN

Cabernet Barrel-Aged Imperial Pilsner

11.5% ALC/VOL

Don't make those grand illusions of self-improvement, Resolution Nein is here to mute your problems. For our annual forget-me solution, we combine brewing techniques and ingredients from Pilsner and Brut IPA styles. We then aged this monster in Cabernet wine barrels to blur the line between beer and Champagne in the best way possible.
