Opening 19 February

After a long, pandemic-filled journey, the Round Trip Brewery taproom is now open to the public. We have plenty of space to stay distant between our taproom, event space, and beer garden. Our beer is centered on the idea of elevating German styles and common US styles. Our first beers include our Alt, Dunkel Platz, Pilsner, Rye’d Share, and Vicarious IPA.

Wrap on Construction

As we comb through the taproom lighting fixtures for dead lightbulbs, it dawns on us how far we have come over the past year. Just a week prior we did not have our own power and we were flushing the toilets for the first time. A year ago in November, construction officially began when crews began tearing into the floors to repair and replace the piping and plumbing. And now, construction has officially wrapped up and we can move forward on the next steps toward opening a brewery.

Dog Days of Construction

We’ve been powering through the dog days of summer during August construction. The construction team at MSI are working on the more tedious tasks including scraping the drywall, painting, electrical wiring, lighting installation, and more. The team is grinding the drains and smoothing the floors of the taproom and event space.

Brewhouse Arrives to its Forever Home

Round Trip Brewing welcomed the arrival our new brewhouse equipment including the mash tun, lauter tun, fermenters, brewkettle and whirlpool, and more.

The Build Must Go On

While most of our business has been conducted at home until we are no longer grounded, we’re bringing you an update on our brewery construction progress.
